Refund and Booking Policy

These are the terms and conditions for Booking and Refund process at urban nomads. All references to "We", "Us" or "Our" in these terms refer to Da Urban Nomads Community Private Limited (Urban Nomads), the owner and maintainer of Urban Nomads sites. Every booking by using this site for availing the services provided by Urban Nomads shall be subject to these terms and conditions. However note that where you access our booking engine
on a third party website these Terms only apply to your use of the booking engine, and do not apply to any other use of that third party website.


If you are visiting on our site its unambiguously means that you are well aware of all terms and conditions and also you are providing your consent to these terms and conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Urban Nomads Sites and do not make a booking via the Urban Nomads Sites.

 

  • Advance taken at the time of reservations is strictly non-refundable.

  • Prepayment is mandatory at the property during Check-In.

  • Breakfast is not inclusive of the room rate cited. It is charged over and extra at the property only.

  • Certain polices are booking specific and they are notified at the time of booking.

  • Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability.

  • Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.

  • The advance taken at the time of reservation is always non-refundable.

  • Pre-payment of the balance amount is necessary at the time of check-in. We have a 3 day cancellation policy (i.e. 72 hours from the standard check-in time 12 noon). Your pre-payment of balance is eligible for a refund only if we are informed 72 hours in advance. Failure to inform us within this time will result in cancellation charges.

  • We accept credit card (visa, master card, American express) we do not accept PayPal.

  • Any kind of refreshments and food items are not included in the booking price.

  • After booking you can only modify your booking in certain cases, however it is sole discretion to the concerned person to deny any kind of modification request in booking.

  • If you have made any kind of reservation through our website or other OTA channels, you can make a request to us by mail or over the call for any kind of modification in booking, however it is sole discretion to the concerned person to accept or deny the requested as he deemed fit by giving a reasonable cause.

  • Any kind of Non Refundable reservation cannot be modified.

  • If you have made booking through third-party platform which is not owned or maintained by Urban Nomads, you may make a request to them for modification of booking.

  • In case if you stay more than 14 Days the payments shall be received before 7 days from your arrival to Urban Nomads.

  • Before proceeding with a group booking, please note, Urban Nomads l DOES NOT ALLOW: Group stays beyond people (even if the bookings are made in multiple instalments, through any booking platform).

  • For the cancellation of stay before actual checkout dates kindly refer to the website (…….)section for more details, However Urban Nomads have sole right to modify if at any time(while at the time of cancellation too) without giving any reason or pre information.
